We also have our booking system you can book and pay on line once you have tried drop in sessions here so you can try drop in before committing to a course to make sure its for you. Clients generally book in Terms as this secures their space on the course.
Rosa Reeve, Previously worked as a Radiographer/Neuro Radiographer and now running her Pilatespluswellness business in Battersea, Balham, Clapham and Streatham. Rosa has a little girl 4yrs and a little boy 18 months. She has been teaching Pilates for 12 years as a Personal trainer and Body Control Pilates teacher. Rosa is passionate about her work and this comes across in her teaching. What is unique about Rosa is she is very intuitive in her teaching and as a consequence you walk away feeling like you have had a individual session tailored to your needs. Rosa has a have a team of teachers working for her who are equally caring and great technically, who are Body control Pilates teachers or Stott Pilates trained. Once booked on a course with PilatesPlusWellness you can swap sessions with any other class running and also do make up sessions with in the course. you can trial a session by booking online via Pilates near You and then book the course to secure your space as there is a high demand for many of the classes.
Personal Training and Pilates 1:1 and 2:1 or small group home sessions - Get Fit and that combine Pilates with Functional training and fitness. Get results in your body, feel more toned, lose inches around your waist and hips if this is the goal. We use coaching and goal setting and set a programme tailored to you to make sure you rid of bad habits that don't serve you, get rid of limiting beliefs and get results to feel great and look great too. It is cheaper to book a full term but there is a option to book part one and part two separately as well as drop in sessions if there is space available.
