Rosa Reeve founded Pilatespluswellness Ltd as a natural extension of her passion for health and her desire to help her clients feel the best they can in their body and mind. Rosa decided to combine Pilates, Personal Training and Life coaching, utilising a holistic approach, which has proven to get sustainable and achievable results for clients. Whatever your needs, whether they are increasing fitness levels, decreasing stress, inch loss or recovering from an injury, Rosa will provide you with the approach that best suits your needs and will also incorporate various coaching techniques to help with your focus, motivation and inspiration.

Rosa gave up her full-time profession as a Radiographer to follow her passion for health and fitness and become a personal trainer in 2005 which led on to Pilates and Life Coaching. Rosa's experience as a radiographer over the last 14 years has given her invaluable knowledge in anatomy and physiology, which she has put to good use in the injury rehabilitation and safe workouts she provides.

Rosa took up Pilates after an injury to her back and realised the huge benefits you gain in both body and mind. She integrates Pilates into her personal training. Pregnancy Pilates is one of her specialities. Rosa has done Level 4 Pilates with Body control teaching in movement and adaptions, Pilates for Children and pregnancy/post pregnancy as well as low back pain level 4 course. Rosa trained with Body Control Pilates and has been taught by Lynn Robinson and many other teachers working for Body Control; one of Europe's most established Pilates schools.

Susanna Giustiniani

Instructor: Susanna Giustiniani

usanna Giustiniani is a Body Control Pilates certified teacher, and a level 3 on The Register of Exercise Professionals. Susanna teaches group classes across all levels, including Mum & baby classes for Pilates Plus Wellness as well as private 1:2:1 sessions. She is also fully trained in pregnancy & postnatal Pilates.

Susanna's background is in the performing arts. She is a classically trained actor, and a graduate of LAMDA. She understands the links between the body, the breath, movement, and the voice in a very detailed way due to her background, as well as how the tension in muscles can be linked to the emotions, which is what makes her unique to as a Pilates teacher. She also has experience in Alexander technique, dance, and physical theatre.

She has experience with a wide variety of clients and with injuries including back, hip and shoulder injuries, as well as sports injuries incurred by athletes and dancers.

“I was a bit anxious about starting Pilates as I have arthritis in my hands and feet and was worried I might feel self-conscious about not being able to do all the exercises. Susanna was great - she made me feel at ease straight away, and gave me alternative exercises when necessary in a really matter-of-fact way. Susanna is good at explaining the movements in a really clear way. She creates a non-threatening environment perfect for getting me moving again after so much time feeling like I would never have stomach muscles again!" Fiona.

Instructor: Chidem Brewer

Having had a great interest in exercise and movement, Chidem trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor in 2009.

Chidem works for pilatespluswellness teaching both group classes and one-to-one sessions at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and also pregnancy pilates on a wednesday. She focuses on body re-alignment to create healthy movement patterns.
